MTN Inc. installed an under-slab vapor collection system and the MonoShield® spray-applied vapor barrier system by Land Science across the entirety of the building foundation to ensure a healthy built environment for future occupants of this apartment community in Charlotte, NC, as well as their sister project - another Student Housing development - in Raleigh, NC.
