MTN INC provided below-grade waterproofing, sealants, and exterior expansion joint installation for a confidential 300,000-square-foot data center project with Whiting-Turner. The below-grade waterproofing scope included the installation of Sikalastic 315 dampproofing and Sika 720 DrainMat, while the sealant scope included Dymonic 100 on the interior precast walls and Spectrum 3 on the exterior precast walls. These building envelope systems were installed to help protect the structure from moisture intrusion, accommodate building movement, and support the long-term durability of the facility.
