Scopes of Work: Hot Fluid-Applied Waterproofing
Project Details:
MTN is proud to be part of the transformative $65 million North End Zone expansion project at Albertsons Stadium, home of the Boise State Broncos. This highly anticipated expansion, scheduled for completion in August 2026, will provide one of the premier facilities in the new PAC-12 conference. The North End Zone will fully enclose the stadium and introduce state-of-the-art amenities to the facility for fans, students, and athletes. As a trusted specialty contractor, MTN was selected to perform the critical waterproofing scope for the Level 2 concourse. Our team installed over 48,000 square feet of American Hydrotech 6125 in a split-slab condition for the new concourse. This system provides long-term, high-performance waterproofing protection - essential for stadium construction, where structures must endure heavy foot traffic from thousands of fans, constant exposure to weather and freeze thaw cycles, and complex interfaces between structural and architectural elements. Our team worked meticulously to seal and detail the robust system, ensuring integrity across the vast concourse area. This project reflects MTN's commitment to delivering high-performance building envelope solutions for complex, large-scale, and high-profile projects. By partnering with leading General Contractors and leveraging proven technologies like American Hydrotech, we help ensure stadiums like Albertsons Stadium will stand strong for decades to come.
