This 350,000 square foot, 19-story apartment tower in the Roosevelt Row Arts District of Phoenix offers coworking space, 370 apartments, fitness amenities, and first floor retail space to serve a live-work-play environment. Serving as architect on this project was Chicago-based Lamar Johnson Collaborative. MTN Inc. was chosen by repeat client, Brinkmann Constructors, to install the below-grade waterproofing system at the elevator pits, the cold fluid-applied waterproofing at the pool deck and the traffic coating at the parking garage.
