This project involved a 60,000 square foot expansion to the existing north building at the UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, as well as creating an additional level atop the 3-story tower. McCarthy selected MTN Inc. to support the foundation dampproofing, elevator pit waterproofing, and hot fluid-applied waterproofing applications associated with the addition.
