Project Details:

The Worthington is now one of the tallest buildings in Utah. This mixed-use residential tower is a 31-story cast-in-place concrete structure featuring luxurious apartments and 5,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project encompasses over 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity areas with a 12th-floor pool. MTN Inc. installed SIKA MasterSeal pedestrian traffic coating at the balconies, Tremco 250GC PMMA vehicular traffic coating at the parking garage, and Tremco Tremproof 250GC cold fluid-applied waterproofing at the decks and green roof system.
