This site is a repurposed municipal landfill which required 150,000 cubic yards of site work and a methane mitigation system for the 700,000 square-foot core and shell spec building in Palmyra, NJ. MTN installed all under-slab piping and venting and the MonoShield® vapor intrusion barrier system. MTN was also responsible for installation of the interior methane monitoring system throughout the warehouse and office spaces.
