As part of a major redevelopment initiative, MTN was proudly chosen by repeat client, CLAYCO, to support the environmental mitigation strategy for this project. MTN installed the under-slab venting network, vent risers, interior methane monitoring system, and vapor intrusion barrier (MonoShield by Land Science) to ensure a safe and healthy indoor air environmental for future occupants on the industrial campus.
