Two warehouses developed on a former industrial site implemented a low-profile passive vapor collection system coupled with the MonoShield® vapor intrusion barrier to promote long term, healthy indoor air quality for future occupants. MTN Inc. installed the VI mitigation barrier and venting system across 120,300 SF on Building 1 and 75,800 SF on Building 2.
