MTN Inc. performed the installation of the Geo-Seal EV20® spray-applied vapor barrier and under-slab radon mitigation piping system for this LEED Gold conference center and hotel. This new facility, located in the Grandview area of Colorado University Boulder campus, includes roughly 250 rooms, 25,000 square feet of venue space, and a new parking garage. THis complex is set to open in the summer of 2025.
