This three-story, Class A Multi-family development in the Denver Highlands Neighborhood features 124 apartments in a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. MTN Inc. was selected to support a variety of Div-07 scopes on this project, including a below-grade full bathtub waterproofing system, hot fluid applied waterproofing at the courtyard, and traffic coatings on the balconies.
