The project involved new construction of a 190,000 square foot pre-fabricated distribution facility designed to meet the needs of a leading e-commerce giant. MTN Inc. was selected by Alston Construction and responsible for the installation of the IEPA-compliant building control technology for protective measure against potential vapor intrusion. MTN installed the TerraVent low-profile vapor collection system in conjunction with the 3-layer composite spray-applied membrane, Nitra-Seal® by Land Science.
