A new 6-level parking garage with a 4-level classroom building attached to the north of the garage brought much needed space to the Colorado School of Mines. MTN Inc. was chosen to install the cold fluid-applied waterproofing system in the rain garden surrounding the perimeter of the building. This application involved Silcor by GCP Applied Technologies.
