This project involves two buildings on the C2 parcel at The Phoenician. MTN Inc. was chosen to install the below-grade waterproofing system which was the BentoPro+ system by Epro Services. The BentoPro+ was a pre-applied, vertical application which combines an HDPE sheet with sodium bentonite to protect the building foundation by activating when in contact with water. Renderings are by Nelsen Partners of Scottsdale, AZ, the architect for this project.
